Still requires CapCut for final assembly with b-roll because HeyGen doesn’t handle multi-scene editing well. Biggest pain: render times and queue wait can kill creative flow, especially during peak hours. Client-work verdict: Have not used for client work yet. For solo creators it’s a time-saver, but the b-roll + timeline limitations mean you still need a separate editor.
