In the best house music club in Copenhagen Denmark, Culture Box, funky DJs John Keyes aka Dandy Jack and Andrès Garcia are playing their awesome funky live music performance on the 15th of August 2008 during the Strøm Electronic Music festival. This video features their original music performance, recorded with their permission, using a wireless microphone connected directly to the DJ system.

Been looking at her Myspace page http://myspace.com/djrenata to figure out that there was a party to check out close to Ostkreuz in Club Hangar. According to her Myspace she was starting at 12PM, but that was the start of the actual party which lasted 36 hours straigt. Yup that’s how they party in Berlin, non stop from saturday night to monday morning. I was there only for the first 14 hours though. This was at about 13PM, so some of the dancers in this video have been dancing for 13 hours at that point. Too bad DJ Renata didn’t start earlier when there were a bit more people on that dance floor.

Liquid-I was the party promoter, I actually went to film school with him in Ebeltoft Denmark in 2002-2003. There were about 20 DJs all based in Denmark, one more funky then the other.
