Linpus makes a Linux OS for netbooks shipped by Acer, Quanta and other companies. They are also showing their QuickOS and talking a bit about their roadmap which includes being available for ARM laptops that are coming out.

This is a really cool looking thin and light netbook design by Laptop manufacturing giant Quanta that is going to be released by Telecom carriers, probably Vodaphone (I am guessing that because of the colors) and which could also be for other Telecom companies around the world.

Thomas Reemer says that the Chinese Government is considering to legalize peer-to-peer filesharing and that they plan to implement watermarking of files released centrally and to monitor popularity of all the works of art on the Internet to then pay the artists through the Government according to their popularity. This plan is being considered by many other Governments around the world instead of letting copyright holders sue teenagers.
