Paris Region presents Total Immersion

Posted by Charbax on 17th March 2007

Imagine having 3D charachters in your living room, those interacting with your furniture, walking around on your floor casting their shadows and reacting to a kick or a push that you would make. This is totally possible using this quite interesting futuristic real-time 3D rendering of 3D charachters interacting with pre-defined objects filmed with a High Definition camera. (would require some transparent High Definition video glasses to actually see the virtual charachters interact with the real world other than being able to see them on your HDTV.)
